AMU Administration condoles on sad demise of Late Abdul Raheem.
A condolence meeting to mourn the sad demise of Mr.Abdul Raheem, senior programmer, was today held at conference room of the Registrar Office, Administrative Block, Aligarh Muslim University.
While presiding over the meeting, Professor Javed Akhtar, Registrar AMU said that Mr. Abdul Raheem was a person of good character and he was committed to his duties.
Professor Akhtar added that he had been associated with Mr. Raheem for the last 30 years and always found him dedicated towards his work. He assured the university administration will provide all the possible help to his family.
Professor Akhtar appealed to recite Quran for the forgiveness of departed soul. He also read out the condolence resolution.
Meanwhile, Mr. Bilal Ahmad also expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over the sad demise of Late Abdul Raheem.
Born at Kolhi village of District Gonda in 1962, Mr. Abdul Raheem started his career as statistical assistant from interdisciplinary centre of development at the Department of Economics in 1985. Thereafter, he had been appointed as research assistant. Later, he joined as senior programmer of computer cell in registrar office in 1991.
The deceased is survived by his wife, son and daughters. Mr. Raheem was diabetic and died of kidney failure.
